During Chinese New Year upper key stage two found out about the story behind the Willow Pattern Plate before going on to design and create our own. We decided to invite our family members to create their own plates for display in our classrooms. All of the plates which were returned to school were of a very high standard. It was a very tough decision, but a winning plate was chosen from each class. The winners were;
Year 5 - Mrs Sanderson
Year 5/6 - Mr Maughan
Year 6 - Mrs Dear
Well done to the winners and thank you to all of those who completed a plate.

The willow pattern plates were really fun to make!I like everybodys because they all desgined there own.

I really loved the plates that won and they were really fun to make i even loved the plates that did not win and all the teachers were very good :D:D:D:D

I thought all of the willow plates looked fantastic! I really enjoyed making mine my mams was good too!

i think all the plates were good in my class evryone worked so hard and evry bodys in over class lol
